Martin and John and the team installed a water grid in our driveway as well as water channel for excess water. The team was punctual, reliable, and did their absolute best to keep us (detail oriented customers) happy. They were patient when we had questions and answered them in layman's speak so we could understand. There were a few curve balls in that we discovered one or two things which meant we had to change the original plan. Martin thought about possible solutions, gave us our options, and I could see he genuinely was bending over backwards to make this a success.I also value that he had the same team of workers every day, so there weren't "hired help" or "day workers". He works with the same guys so he knows them and what they can and cannot do, and it's safer too.I recommend them!
I’ve been using Old School Construction for all our handyman, building, and renovation work in Centurion for the past 14–15 years, and I can recommend Martin and his team without hesitation. The service truly lives up to the company’s name - built on integrity, honesty, professionalism, and genuine craftsmanship. One of the things I appreciate most is Martin’s honesty. He never tries to sell unnecessary work. Instead, he suggests practical, often more cost-effective solutions that end up being better than what I originally had in mind. The quality of their workmanship is consistently outstanding. They work neatly, keep the site clean, and I’ve had complete peace of mind knowing I can fully trust them in my home.
Just completed a bathroom renovation & outside seating area. Very happy with the results. I highly recommend this team for any work you need done. I have a small garden flat in a complex with very strict body corporate rules, & challenging layout. Martin & his team took it in their stride, impressing the caretaker, who immediately asked for ceiling repair work to be done at another unit, based on the workmanship he had seen. Very professional, knowledgeable & helpful. I was impressed with Martin's entire team, every single one who worked on this project, all demonstrated a strong work ethic. I won't hesitate to hire them in future.
